Julian Mijares Camp Leader
Julian Mijares has been a Physical Educator for 10 years, working with all age
and grade levels, K-12. He is currently the Physical Education teacher at Lone Tree Elementary in Antioch and has worked at
various school sites in, and throughout the Antioch Unified School District . Prior to teaching in Antioch , he was an Athletic
Director at a Christian Jr. / Sr. high School. Julian has also coached Special Olympics in East County , and enjoys helping
young people develop physically, mentally and emotionally, through sports and recreation in a fun, safe, and friendly manner.
